Description
Key Features
- More reach and force than the 7036: 60 in of bending length and 500 kN of press force, for longer parts and thicker sheet in the same ergonomic design.
- Built around the operator: the TruBend Series 7000 was the first bending machine with an ergonomics certificate. A sit/stand aid, adjustable support table and tilting control keep long runs comfortable.
- BendGuard Automatic: the control moves the safety light field to the height of the set-up tools on its own, so setup is fast and safe.
- ACB Wireless and ACB Laser: measure and correct the bend angle automatically. With ACB Speed, springback is measured only on the first part, saving up to 35% of cycle time.
- 6-axis backgauge: positions parts precisely, and the gauge finger shape handles very short flanges without collisions.
- 2D code scanner: reads the bar code or Data Matrix code on the job paperwork and loads the right bending program.
