- ACB Wireless and ACB Laser: measure and correct the bend angle automatically, so the first part is right. With ACB Speed, springback is measured only on the first part, saving up to 35% of cycle time.
- Thickness Controlled Bending (TCB): sensors detect the sheet thickness and adjust the pressing depth automatically, so thickness variation doesn’t throw off your angles.
- Lower tool displacement: one tool setup for two bending processes, plus special applications such as folding, which saves setup time and tooling cost.
- On-Demand Servo Drive: runs only while the machine is bending, so it is quiet and saves energy, and it moves the press beam at up to 8.5 in/s.
- ToolMaster: the automatic tool changer takes over tool setup, so changeovers don’t wait on the operator.
- Touchpoint TruBend and MobileControl: a touchscreen control that works like a tablet, plus a mobile control that saves the operator walking along the machine.
