- BendMaster (60): carries up to 132 lb (60 kg) and handles blanks up to 88 lb (40 kg) and 39.4 × 78.7 in (1,000 × 2,000 mm).
- On-Demand Servo Drive with 4-cylinder technology: the servo motors run only while the machine bends, so the drive is quiet and energy-efficient, and the four cylinders reduce press beam deflection for more accurate parts.
- Automatic crowning and deflection compensation: CNC-controlled crowning is set by the control, and strain gauges measure frame deflection and correct for it, so angles stay consistent along the bend.
- 4-axis backgauge with sensors: sensors on the gauge fingers confirm the sheet is in position before each bend.
- Adjustable multigrippers (options): the small multigripper adjusts from about 5.5 × 4.7 in to 9.4 × 9.4 in and rotates 180°; the medium multigripper adjusts from about 19.5 × 12.2 in to 43.5 × 22.8 in.
- Sheet removal station (option): a linear axis works from two blank stacks, each up to 15.7 in (400 mm) high, and a pivoting-jaw gripper handles small parts with less regripping.
- Touchpoint TruBend control: a 21.5 in touchscreen that works like a tablet, even with gloves, plus MobileControl so the operator doesn’t walk back to the panel.
