- LoadMaster Bend: loads blanks while the cell keeps bending, and its sheet sensor measures each blank optically for a precise handoff to the BendMaster.
- ToolMaster Bend: sets up the right tools automatically. Each tool carries an ID chip, so the system knows its position, type and orientation.
- Split tool clamp: lets the gripper hold the part through the whole sequence, without time-consuming regripping.
- Automatic gripper change: a changing console swaps BendMaster grippers on its own, with a cleaning station for the tools.
- ACB and ACB Wireless: correct bend angles automatically, including on short sides, reflective surfaces and internal flanges.
- Conveyor system: places finished parts in boxes or moves them onto the pallet conveyor.
