- Automatic gripper change: a gripper changing console swaps grippers between orders, so the cell can run different jobs back to back with no one stepping in.
- Adjustable multigripper: adapts to a new part in a few steps from a setup plan, instead of building a custom gripper for every job.
- ACB Laser and ACB Wireless: measure the bend angle and correct it automatically, so the first part is a good part.
- TecZone Bend programming: creates a program suggestion, including the NC program, in seconds from 2D or 3D data.
- Material flow that fits your floor: a 26 to 52 ft (8 to 16 m) floor lane, pallet conveyors that load and unload without stopping the bending, and connections for automated guided vehicles or STOPA storage.
