Siegmund welding tables are precision-engineered for heavy-duty fabrication and assembly. Manufactured from specially hardened tool steel, each table features a five-sided work surface with a plasma nitrided finish for enhanced durability, rust resistance, and reduced weld spatter adhesion. The System 28 Imperial Series combines Siegmund’s legendary quality with inch-based measurements and standard U.S. sizes. Featuring 28 mm boreholes in a diagonal grid spaced on 4″ centers, these modular fixturing platforms offer unmatched strength, accuracy, and versatility for demanding welding environments.

Welding Table Option

System 16 Welding Tables: For light to medium-duty work with 16 mm boreholes. Ideal for precision TIG welding, smaller parts, and fine fabrication.

System 22 Welding Tables: Mid-range option with 22 mm boreholes. Less common, but provides more strength than System 16 while maintaining precision.

System 28 Welding Tables: Heavy-duty tables with 28 mm boreholes. Designed for structural welding, large assemblies, and high-load applications. Most popular and widely used system.

Imperial Series (System 28 – Inch Grid): U.S.-standard version of System 28 tables. Same 28 mm holes, but with inch-based scales and 4″ hole spacing. Available in Basic, Imperial, and Plus Series.

Professional Extreme 8.7 Series: Double-hardened with Plasma Nitriding. Offers high wear resistance and flatness across the five-sided design. Used in Imperial and Metric versions.

Professional Extreme PLUS 8.8 Series: Premium line with maximum surface hardness and structural rigidity. Designed for the most demanding fabrication environments.
