TRUMPF TruPunch 3000 Electric Punching Machine

The TruPunch 3000 is the resource-efficient universal machine from TRUMPF. Its intelligent handling of small parts enables you to process sheets up to .25 thickness virtually scratch-free.

The electric punching head is very energy-efficient. It offers low power consumption in punching mode and extremely low consumption in standby mode. The energy that is released is used by the head itself and reduces its connected load. Excess energy that is not required is returned to the mains power supply.

And yet more advantages: The electric punching head eliminates the need for a hydraulic unit. This saves space and also makes your machine much quieter. On top of that, no hydraulic oil is needed.

Its C axis is extremely dynamic and capable of fast rotation. Threads are formed at lightning speed. And the hit rate with 2500 strokes/minute when marking is truly remarkable.

The punching head is extremely practical when it comes to handling parts. With its slim design, the punching head leaves the SheetMaster enough room to unload parts as small as 50 x 50 mm.
