This new compact design laser system offers loading/ unloading as standard. Matched with TRUMPF's new fusion-cooled resonator, users are cutting parts faster than ever thought possible. The machine is available in a 4ft x 10ft cutting area.

This 4ft x 8ft cutting area machine is available with 3200 watts or 4000 watts. The machine features side access and uses very little floor space. This machine also has a small Y axis intergrated into the motion unit. Part cycle times can be reduced up to 30%.

Dynamically light
The TruLaser 3530 sets new standards in machine dynamics. The new axis concept is characterized by two new elements. Firstly, gantry drives in the X and Y directions, and secondly, a highly dynamic additional axis in the X direction, the Xp axis. This makes it possible to move just the cutting head and its connections, within a working range of 1500 mm x 300 mm.

All travel and positioning motions are carried out considerably more quickly, meaning that your total machining times are reduced. The effects of the outstanding machine dynamics are particularly marked when machining thin sheets with many contours.

Efficient cleaning: With the TSC 1 slat cleaner, TRUMPF offers a novel type of power tool which lets you clean the support slats on practically all conventional flatbed laser machines quickly and reliably and save money at the same time. After all, you can now clean the slats several times before they have to be replaced. This yields savings up to 75 percent. Even when compared to cleaning by hand, costs are at least two third lower.
