TRUMPF TruMark Laser Marking Systems

With the TruMark Series 3000, 5000 and 6000, TRUMPF offers three different laser series for a variety of marking tasks. Laser beam sources in the relevant wavelengths 1062/1064 nm (infrared), 532 nm (green) and 355 nm (ultraviolet) allow you to use TruMark lasers to mark metals, plastics, glass, ceramics and organic materials. Also available are fiber laser marking systems for those special applications

So you can use a marking system perfectly tuned to your range of application, our OEM lasers are modular in design. Systems are available for the integration into production lines or other special applications. Or you can include the laser unit into one of our workstations to provide a safe and ergonomic solution for marking of most metal and plastic parts.

Our standard product line includes up to five different focusing optics for each laser type, so you always get the ideal processing results for your application. Include a rotary axis and mark 3D parts as well.

TruMark 3010

TruMark 3010

TruMark 3010 is an entry type model for applications where mark time is not critical. The system is convection cooled only - there is no air flow at the work piece at all. The perfect laser for labels and tags in moderate volumes

Trumark 3020

TruMark 3020

This air cooled and ultra-compact laser marking system is the successor to the VMc1. TruMark 3020’s versatility meets the demands of a variety of applications and comes fully equipped with all standard TRUMPF laser marking features.

TruMark 6000 series

TruMark 6020

The successor to the VMc3 with 80% more laser power provides depth and speed for high volume manufacturing. It is the work horse for demanding metal and plastics applications in automotive, medical, job shop and other industrial manufacturing.

TruMark 3130

TruMark 3130

This air cooled and ultra-compact laser marking system is the successor to the VMc5. It offers high speed and consistency for tough annealing and ablation applications including, but not limited to, medical applications and day-and-night designs.

Trumark 6130

TruMark 6130

The TruMark 6130, high-performance laser marker with almost twice the laser power of the TruMark 3130, increases marking speed while maintaining mark consistency and superior quality.

TruMark 5020

TruMark 5020

A superior fiber laser - TRUMPF has developed a unique fiber laser marking system with distinctive features, such as pulse-width modulation, superior pulse-to-pulse stability and excellent beam quality. Likewise all other laser marking systems from TRUMPF the system is designed for demanding industrial environments.

TruMark 6330

TruMark 6330

The TruMark 6330, successor to the VMc6, has 66% more laser power. It utilizes a UV-wavelength suitable for marking plastics and other non-metals including glass and ceramics, with a high-quality, permanent mark without the use of special pigments.

TruMark 6230

TruMark 6230

TRUMPF’s TruMark 6230 is the successor to the VMc4 and features 75% more laser power. With a 532nm laser, it is designed for premium marks on printed circuit boards, ceramics, plastics, and a variety of metals including copper, gold, and brass.

TruMark Dual Head System

Dual Head System

Designed for a semiconductor marking and additional applications, the Dual Head System features adjustable power distribution and independent accuracy calibration of two scanner heads.

TruMark Station 1000

TruMark Station 1000

The TruMark Station 1000 supplies precision marks in a space-saving, ultra-compact, desktop design. Work pieces of different heights can be marked with minimal manual operation.

TruMark Station 5000

TruMark Station 5000

The TruMark Station 5000 offers exceptionally compact design in a small footprint. The motorized door allows easy access to the work area.

TruMark Station 7000

TruMark Station 7000

The TruMark Station 7000 provides a large workspace capable of accommodating larger parts or numerous smaller parts in a larger quantity. The workstation is semi-automated - including a motorized xyz-axis and door to improve productivity.
