TRUMPF Punch Automation
For the TruPunch 5000, TRUMPF offers a combination of system components tailored exactly to the customers' requirements. The modular structure enables various customized configurations. Simple automation: Automated loading and unloading with the TRUMALIFT SheetMaster.

Flexible sheetmetal machining cell: Automated loading and unloading in conjunction with a tool magazine and compact storage system. High-end solution: One or more machines are connected to one central storage system.

TRUMPF Laser Automation
Different levels of automation are possible for the TruLaser 2030 and 3030/3040/3060 and 5030/5040/5060:

Loading unit: Automatic loading of raw material.
Automatic production: The entry-level solution to automation is the LiftMaster - which automates loading and unloading operations. Unattended production spanning several hours becomes a reality.

Connection to a storage system: In the high-end solution, the machine is linked to a storage sysem - either a compact store from TRUMPF or a high storage bay for fully automatic production.

TRUMATIC SortMaster
Sorted unloading of parts from a flatbed laser machine is now possible. The machine demonstrates beyond a shadow of a doubt what it means to be fast in thin sheets and strong in thick plate.
