Dual Operator Ironworker

SUNRISE Dual-Cylinder Ironworkers range in capacities from 66 Tons to 180 Tons. All IW model ironworkers from SUNRISE feature high-speed cylinders with two-position foot pedals.

SUNRISE ironworkers have two-stage foot pedals so separate punching and shearing operations can be safely performed simultaneously without limitations. A low pressure setting for tool change and spotting provides operator safety and ease of set ups. The extra long cylinder stroke and deep throat enable mounting of a wide range of attachments. The oversized punching base with the "T-slots" provides a solid base for holding the punch tooling, as well as a wide range of optional equipment and custom designed tooling.

Single Operator Ironworker

Ideal for dedicated jobs or where one or more operation is needed. Tooling removes easily so that other operations can be performed.

SUNRISE Model PM Hydraulic Punching Machines range in capacity from 40 tons to 220 tons. All Model PM Hydraulic Punching Machines from SUNRISE feature High-Speed cylinders with two-position foot pedals. Special designed hydraulic cylinders enable the machine to retract faster, also making the cylinders slimmer. All optional tooling on the PM machines can also be utilized on the punch station of the IW Hydraulic Ironworkers, turning the punching machine into a truly universal machine.

CNC XY Positioning Ironworker

SUNRISE ironworkers can be equipped with the latest CNC positioning system to allow for fast, accurate positioning of hole patterns for clip angles, base plates, or anything that requires accurate hole placement. Not only do these systems provide fast set up and fast processing, but reduce call backs from the field because of holes not being in the right spot.

The semi-automatic CNC positioning systems from SUNRISE are affordable plate and angle positioning systems with simple user friendly controls. The positioning table comes as a factory-installed option on most SUNRISE ironworkers with a 20” or larger throat depth. The operation and programming are CNC controlled using a pendant-mounted control featuring simple programming and a virtually indestructible design. The operator simply positions the plate against the CNC-controlled X and Y stops and initiates the punch program.
