Grinders feature 5HP drive motors, giving them tremendous
power and reliability. These machines have rubber drives and backup
wheels for no slip, aggressive grinding. They are available in 3"
and 6" belt widths with large platens for smooth grinding. All
are available with dual dust collectors to keep the sparks and dust
to a minimum. |

Notchers feature 5HP drive motors, giving them tremendous
power and reliability. The pipe and tube notchers can notch up to
6" material from 30 to 90 degrees. These machines have rubber
drive wheels for no slip, aggressive notching. They are available
in 3” and 6” belt widths. All are available with dual
dust collectors to keep the sparks and dust to a minimum. |

Grit Innovative Grinding Concepts The DB2B Deburring machine is a wire brush deburring unit for internal and external deburring. The CG 3 Centerless Belt Grinder finishes material up to 8 inches in diameter and uses a 3-inch belt--abrasive or fiber, coarse to fine--allowing it to finish a wide range of materials from aluminum to stainless. The standard coolant system helps eliminate sparks and dust. The powerhead has an adjustable feed rate and is easy to set up and adjust. |
