From the manufacturers of the popular AMERICOR ® series of plate bending rolls, Trilogy Machinery is pleased to introduce the newly designed LEMAS Initial Pinch Bending rolls. With even more standard and included features, the introduction into the North American market has been much anticipated.

In 2000, Allan Flamholz, discovered the Lien Hsien factory, manufacturers of the LEMAS and AMERICOR ® lines of plate bending rolls. Trilogy Machinery reintroduces the Lien Hsien family to the North American market with the introduction of the LEMAS brand of bending rolls with a new design, updated features and capabilities.

New Standard Features on LEMAS Machines:

• Positive drive regardless of position of pinch roll
• Grooves for 1/4”, 3/8”, 1/2” round bar (except 80 models)
• Spherical roller bearings
• Hydraulically powered rear bending roll
• Power tilting rear bending roll for cone rolling
• Cone bending attachment
• Digital readout for position of rear bending roll
• Hydraulic operated drop-end for quick removal of rolled product
• Quick and Easy hydraulic lower pinch roll adjustment with pinch gauge control
• Forward/Reverse rotation controls - Console mounted and hand-held pendant
• Upper and lower pinch rolls driven
• All rolls heat treated to 50 Rc
• Manual tilt of the lower pinch roll
• Emergency stop cable
