| EUROMAC CNC TURRET PUNCHING TECHNOLOGY |
EUROMAC hydraulic punch presses are designed for accuracy and reliability.
- The normalized Meehanite® C-frame monoblock steel casting (65 Kg/mm2) virtually eliminates deflection and lateral movement, providing accurate punching. The frame is normalized in large ovens, eliminating internal stress for optimal stability. All EUROMAC frames have been designed according to detailed finite element computations.
- The Integrated hydraulic cylinder in the monoblock structure is directly built into the punching head, assuring rigid precision alignment, thus reducing wear and tear of the tooling and creates a perfect alignment between punch and die. The extra long guide system is hardened and permanently integrated into the structure for max. longevity (CE Patent n° 0563444).
- Autoindex system: EUROMAC has added full tool rotation to all machines. 4 - 6 - 10 station Multitools as well as single tools all the way up to D-station with a max. diameter of 88,9 mm can be positioned in any orientation. Autoindex allows to reach more flexibility, any desired angle from 0 to 360 in 0.1 increments, and any type of notch.
- The CPS system (Control Programmable Speed) allows punch speed to be adjusted to fin any type of application. Further, the precise setting of the bottom punch position for each stroke enables applications such as: thread tapping, nibbling, bending, forming, beading and marking.
- The easy to use TopPunch® control software fully supports the Autoindex function and makes part programming fast, simple and intuitive. The industrial PC runs on Windows® and it is capable of multitasking: this means you can program new tasks while the machine is producing.
- Customer generated DXF files or any other drawing format can be converted into EUROMAC CNC code by external CAD-CAM packages, available from almost any vendor for these products. This allows you to maintain your current software solution of pick one which covers your future needs for flexibility.
- If you provide a modem and have access to communication lines which can assure clean data transmission to our offices you can benefit from EUROMAC's Tele-Service capabilities (TSN), the fastest way to connect with EUROMAC service and your machine, maximizing your machine availability.
- After the control calculates the appropriate positions, the clamps are set automatically to these positions before each program (patent pending). The 2 standard clamps have an opening of 7 mm on ZX and 11 mm on MTX machines. This feature is for ZX & MTX machines.
- Optional automatic lubrication for top drilled single tools and Multitools.
- Low energy consumption: the innovative hydraulic system (patent pending) allows to run all functionìs of the CPS System at only 7.5 kW on MTX & ZX. Also, BX has a low consuption of 6kW.
