The new EL Series CNC Machine has opened an economical opportunity for CNC-punching.
The CNC controlled clamp system and simple data entry direct from the workpiece drawing, enable economical manufacture of single pieces as well as small and medium batch sizes.
The world-wide proven Trumpf™ tooling system is used on the EL Series CNC Punching machine.
The tool set consists of punch, stripper and die and is changed in about 10 seconds. The largest tool diameter is 4 inch (105mm).
Apart from a wide range of standard tools, any special shaped tools or forming tools, may be used provided they fit within the range of 4" diameter.
With the EL Series CNC Machine it is possible to precisely punch different shapes and sizes, rows or holes or hole patterns, forming e.g. louvring, etc. in one or more punching strokes. Easy access to the tool, clamp and stop system ensures effective work on the machine.
The EL Series CNC Machine is equipped with a hydraulic drive, featuring a double acting hydraulic cylinder with permanent lubrication.
