Need service?

Icon Machine Tool, Inc. is partners with a wide range of independent service technicians located across our regional area as well as service companies out of our area that may specialize in higher level technologies. Each service company has been screened as to their business specialties and offers references from customers like you to back up their work.

While most other dealers have one or two service people on staff to try and diagnose simple and complex repairs, we have relationships with many independent service techs located in all major cities that Icon covers. Each technician specializes in certain machine types or manufacturers, from TRUMPF lasers, TECHNI waterjets, to any brand of bandsaw. Our goal is to help you get up and going no matter what brand you own or where you bought the machine.

Are you a service technician?

At Icon Machine Tool we are always searching for qualified, independent service technicians who work on metal working machine tools. If you specialize in repairs and service and would like to become an Icon Machine Tool service partner, please send us an e-mail so that we may learn more about your company and skill set.

If you qualify, we can also offer you factory training at some of our manufacturers so you may expand your service offerings, improve your knowledge, and possibly become a certified manufacturing technician.
